The Twelve Labours of Christmas A Sketch Comedy Extravaganza
It's almost Christmas. You're angst-ridden and stressed out, regretting past mistakes and fearing the future. Why not get away from the hustle of consumerism and the bustle of impending personal debt with a night of screaming laughter?
On the heels of last summer's raunchy and profitable "Romancing
the Wiener," the sketch comedy troupe Boiled Wieners is back this
holiday season with another selection of strange, filthy, and heart-warming
sketches. On Friday, December 12th, you are invited to the premiere of
"The Twelve Labours of Christmas" at the Poor Alex Cabaret, Toronto. The
show starts at 8:00 p.m. Admission is still a mere $10! Please arrive
early - our previous show sold out quickly!
The Boiled Wieners Movement (BWM) has been growing steadily this year. Regular performances around the city at venerable comedy institutions like the Rivoli, Tim Sims Playhouse and the Video Pirate Cabaret have cemented the Wieners' reputation as a funny and formidable ensemble in the Toronto comedy scene. This fall, Boiled Wieners took top prize at Cary West's Billion $$$ Variety Show.
